You may use the free chat without an account. Chats started without an account are kept only in your browser and are not recoverable on another device.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account.

You may not use Uberly.ai to generate content that is unlawful, that infringes the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt or overload the service.

Accounts are created with an email address or Google sign-in. The first account created on an instance becomes the administrator; later accounts are members. Administrators manage provider API keys and settings.

Some models are free to use. Others are metered and consume credits from your balance. Credit packs are one-time purchases (5,000 credits for $5, 30,000 credits for $30, 100,000 credits for $100), processed by our payment provider Stripe.

1,000 credits represent $1 of usage. How many credits an answer costs depends on the model you choose and the length of the request and reply; the amount charged is shown under every answer and in your account.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and do not expire. Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.

Answers are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as professional, legal or medical advice. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Model availability depends on third-party providers and may change. We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.

To the extent permitted by law, Uberly.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
